A Home Away From Home

Staying With Us

At Ascalon Canine Care, we provide a safe, caring and secure environment where your dog becomes part of the family.

All boarding dogs enjoy the same daily routine as our daycare guests, including countryside walks or adventures to the Suffolk coast, followed by important downtime and relaxation. In between, days are filled with supervised play, enrichment activities and reward-based interactions designed to keep dogs happy and engaged.

Prior to any stay, we arrange an assessment to ensure your dog is comfortable in our environment and that we can provide the highest standard of care throughout their visit.

Comfort, Safety and Security

Our dedicated boarding building has been designed with your dog's comfort and wellbeing in mind.

  • Heated accommodation
  • Comfortable individual beds
  • Dedicated feeding and watering areas
  • Security camera monitoring
  • Smart smoke detection system
  • Secure, enclosed outdoor areas
  • Continuous supervision and care

The entire property and garden remain secure at all times, and your dog is never left alone. Whether they enjoy social interaction, enrichment activities or simply relaxing in a cosy corner, we aim to make every guest feel completely at home.

Holiday Boarding

We also offer holiday boarding for those times when your dog cannot accompany you on your travels.

We understand that leaving your dog behind is never a decision taken lightly. Our aim is to give your dog a holiday of their own while providing you with complete peace of mind.

Spaces are intentionally limited so that we can offer a highly personal service and individual attention to every dog in our care. For this reason, we strongly recommend booking well in advance, particularly during holiday periods.

What Happens Next?

We offer a free, no-obligation consultation at Ascalon Canine Care. This gives you the opportunity to meet us, view our facilities and discuss any questions or specific requirements you or your dog may have.

Following this initial meeting, we will provide our registration and booking consent forms in preparation for your dog's assessment visit.

Once your dog has completed their assessment and everyone is happy, we can arrange future boarding stays and holiday bookings.

Our priority will always be your dog's welfare and happiness. We will always be honest if we feel our environment is not the right fit for your dog's individual needs.
