Whats next?

We offer an initial free, no obligation consultation at Ascalon Canine Care. This firstly gives you the chance to meet us, ask any further questions you may have and discuss any specific requirements you or your dog may require. At the end of this first meeting we will give you a registration and booking consent form to be completed. This form can be downloaded below.

The next step is to book a walk for us to assess how comfortable your dog is with us.  If this goes well we would introduce them to our dogs on a walk and build up their introduction to Ascalon’s home environment to see if they would enjoy it.

If everyone is happy and spaces are available we can book in their first daycare. At the end of which we will discuss how your dog/s got on, and, if necessary build up their familiarity and confidence with us.

Ongoing Care?

It’s always an ongoing process of evaluating dogs moods and behaviour. We would make you aware of any problems noted throughout their stay. Any aggressive or dangerous behaviour will result in us not being able to accept a dog in the future. We will always advise and be honest with an owner if their dog is not happy or enjoying their stay, as a daycare environment is not always suited to every dog, so please do not be offended if we are unable to accommodate your dogs needs.

The registration and consent form (PDF) can be downloaded below. Please read carefully and answer all questions in this registration form, this ensures we can provide the highest level of care and safety for your dog. Once we have agreed what your pet’s needs are please sign the form and send it back to us. Information given in the initial registration form will be used for all subsequent bookings unless we are notified otherwise in writing.
